2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, entering into a contract, or interacting with our team, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy.
3. Scope of Services
Ygriega provides services including, but not limited to: digital advertising strategy and campaign execution, lead generation and email automation, social media advertising and platform integration, and website or landing page integration. The specific scope of services will be outlined in the individual agreement, proposal, or project brief sent to the client.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information, respond in a timely manner to any requests or approvals, grant necessary access to advertising accounts, websites, and other platforms, and ensure they have the authority to authorize all requested actions. Delays due to client inaction or miscommunication are not the responsibility of Ygriega.
5. No Refund Policy
Ygriega does not offer refunds under any circumstances once any service process has started, client platforms (e.g. ad accounts, CRM, domains) have been accessed, integrated, or linked, or creative, strategic, or technical work has commenced. All services are prepaid, and fees are non-recoverable once work begins.
6. Payment Terms
All invoices must be paid in full prior to the start of any service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in service suspension. Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will incur extra charges. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials created by Ygriega remain the property of Ygriega until full payment has been received. After payment, the client may use deliverables as outlined in the agreement. Ygriega reserves the right to display work in portfolios or promotional materials unless otherwise requested in writing.
8. Disclaimer of Results
While Ygriega uses best practices and data-driven strategies, we do not guarantee specific results, such as leads, sales, or return on ad spend. Marketing performance can be influenced by external factors beyond our control, including platform algorithms, user behavior, competition, and client cooperation.
9. Platform Policies and Liability
Ygriega follows ethical advertising practices and adheres to the policies of platforms such as Meta (Facebook), Google, and LinkedIn. We are not liable for account suspensions, policy enforcement actions, or client misuse. Any false claims or unjustified reports made against Ygriega will be documented and may be pursued legally.
10. Confidentiality
All confidential information shared between Ygriega and the client will be treated with strict confidentiality and will not be disclosed to third parties unless legally required.
11. Termination
Ygriega may terminate a contract or service at any time due to breach of terms, non-payment, or unethical client behavior. Clients may terminate services with written notice; however, no refunds will be issued for work already completed or initiated.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country in which Ygriega is established. Any legal disputes will be subject to local jurisdiction.
